The IPR Medical FTC-PH01 is a compatible aftermarket (not OEM) TOCO fetal transducer that replaces OEM part M1355A. A TOCO transducer is used for uterine activity monitoring. This one is reusable, has a 9.8 ft (3.0 m) cable length, and is packaged one set per box.

When to Replace Your TOCO Fetal Transducer

Take the transducer out of service if its housing is cracked or chipped, if the cable jacket is cut, flattened, or kinked, or if the connector is damaged or sits loosely at the monitor. A uterine activity trace that drops out, stays flat, or shifts whenever the cable is moved is another common sign of a failing transducer. Checking with a known-good transducer on the same monitor helps confirm where the fault lies.
