How do I send my equipment in for repair?
Submit an RMA request online. We send you a free inbound shipping label, and you pack and ship your equipment to our Tustin, California facility.
Do you repair equipment other than infusion pumps?
Yes. Infusion pumps are our specialty, and we also repair patient monitors, pulse oximeters, Dopplers, defibrillators, electrosurgical generators, ventilators, ultrasound, laboratory and veterinary equipment from brands like Philips, GE Healthcare, Valleylab, Mindray, Masimo and Stryker. Call us if you don’t see your model.
How long does the evaluation take?
Our technicians evaluate your equipment within 1–2 business days of receiving it, then send you a repair estimate.
Do I pay anything if I decline the repair?
No. For customers in the United States, the shipping label, the evaluation and the return of declined equipment are free. Some large or specialty equipment carries an evaluation fee, and we will always tell you before you send it in.
How is preventive maintenance and calibration priced?
PM and calibration are a flat fee. Contact us or submit an RMA and we will confirm pricing for your models.
Can I trade in old equipment?
Yes. After evaluation, we can offer a buy-back amount as credit toward a new unit, so you can upgrade at a fraction of the cost.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. All repairs include a 90-day warranty. Refurbished equipment comes with a 6-month or 1-year warranty depending on the model, and extended warranties are available.
Are you ISO certified?
