Built by a Biomedical Engineer for the Teams Who Keep Care Running
IPR Medical was founded in 2007 by biomedical engineer Hassan Serhan, who saw how hard it was for local hospitals and medical centers to get affordable, responsive equipment service.
What started as infusion pump repair for nearby facilities has grown into a full-service medical equipment company. Today our technicians repair, maintain and recertify infusion pumps of every kind, along with patient monitoring, surgical, respiratory and veterinary equipment, including models that are no longer supported by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
Every repair is handled by our own team at our Tustin, California facility, tested to OEM specifications and documented under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system before it ships back to you. Extending the life of your equipment lowers your costs and helps reduce the cost of care for your patients, without compromising quality or safety.

We accept check, all major credit cards and wire transfer.
What shipping services do you offer?
We ship with FedEx and UPS. For repairs, U.S. customers receive a free inbound shipping label when they submit an RMA.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. Most of our customers are in the United States and Canada, and we can ship internationally on request. Contact us for rates and details. Free repair shipping labels apply to U.S. customers.
Do you offer trade-ins?
Yes. We offer trade-in and buy-back options, and we can apply a buy-back credit toward new or recertified equipment. Tell us what you have for an offer.
What warranty do you offer?
All repairs include a 90-day warranty. Recertified (refurbished) equipment comes with a 6-month or 1-year warranty depending on the model, and extended warranties are available.
