FAQ

Selling Your Equipment: Common Questions

More questions? Visit our FAQ page or call (855) 477-8866, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM PT.

What is the fastest way to get an offer for my equipment?

Send clear photos of your equipment with the form on this page, including the model and serial number label, along with the quantity and condition. Photos let our team identify your equipment right away, so we can respond faster and with a more accurate offer.

What happens after I send photos?

Our team reviews your photos and details, then gets back to you in one of three ways: we make you an offer, we ask you to send the equipment in so we can evaluate it before making an offer, or we let you know if it is not something we can buy.

What photos should I send?

Photograph the whole unit front and back, the model and serial number label, the screen powered on if it turns on, any damage or missing parts, and the accessories you are including. If you have several units, add a group photo.

What information should I include?

Tell us the brand and model, how many units you have, whether they are working, which accessories are included and your city and state or ZIP code.

What kinds of medical equipment do you buy?

Infusion and syringe pumps are our specialty. We also consider patient monitors, Dopplers, surgical equipment, and veterinary equipment. If you are not sure, send photos and we will let you know.

Can I trade in equipment toward a purchase?

Yes. We can apply a buy-back credit toward new or recertified (refurbished) equipment, so you can upgrade at a fraction of the cost.

How many photos can I upload?

You can upload up to 10 photos with the form on this page. Photos straight from your phone are fine, and large photos are resized automatically as they upload.
