IPR Medical was founded by biomedical engineer Hassan Serhan to give local hospitals and medical centers affordable medical device repair with exceptional customer support. Today we specialize in the repair, recertification and resale of infusion pumps, and we service patient monitoring, surgical, respiratory and veterinary equipment, including models no longer supported by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
Every repair is handled by our own technicians at our Tustin, California repair facility, then tested to OEM specifications and documented before it ships back to you. Extending the life of your equipment lowers your costs and helps reduce the cost of care for your patients, without compromising quality or safety.

Evaluation is free for U.S. customers, and we send you an itemized estimate before any work begins. Preventive maintenance and calibration are a flat fee. You don't pay anything until you approve the repair, and if you decline, we ship your equipment back at no cost.
How long does a repair take?
We evaluate your equipment within 1–2 business days of receiving it and send your estimate right away. Once you approve, we complete the repair, test it to OEM specifications and ship it back. Your estimate includes the expected turnaround for your unit.
What warranty do you offer?
All repairs include a 90-day warranty. Recertified equipment comes with a 6-month or 1-year warranty depending on the model, and extended warranties are available.
Which brands and equipment do you repair?
Infusion pumps are our specialty, including large-volume, syringe, PCA, ambulatory and feeding pumps from Baxter, BD Alaris, B. Braun, ICU Medical, Smiths Medical, Moog and Eitan Medical. We also repair patient monitors, pulse oximeters, Dopplers, defibrillators, surgical, respiratory and veterinary equipment from brands like Philips, GE Healthcare, Valleylab and Mindray.
Is your recertified (refurbished) equipment tested?
Yes. Our recertified equipment, sometimes called refurbished, is inspected, repaired as needed, tested to OEM specifications and cleaned under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system before it ships. It comes with a 6-month or 1-year warranty depending on the model.
Do you buy used medical equipment?
Yes. We buy infusion pumps and other medical equipment you no longer need, and we can apply a buy-back credit toward new or recertified equipment. Tell us what you have and we'll make an offer.
Do you work with customers outside California?
Yes. We serve hospitals, surgery centers and veterinary clinics across the United States and Canada. Free shipping labels and free evaluation apply to U.S. customers; Canadian customers can call us at (855) 477-8866 to arrange shipping.
