SurgiVet Repair Questions
Can you repair the EtCO2 module on my SurgiVet monitor?
Yes. We repair EtCO2 modules, including sampling pumps, motors and tubing.
Does my SurgiVet monitor take mainstream or sidestream CO2?
Some SurgiVet monitors accept only sidestream CO2 sensors. We check sensor compatibility during the evaluation and tell you if yours doesn’t match.
Do you offer preventive maintenance and calibration?
Yes. Preventive maintenance and calibration are a flat fee. Contact us or call (855) 477-8866 and we will confirm pricing for your models.
Do you provide loaner monitors during repair?
We don’t offer loaners. If a monitor isn’t worth repairing, you can decline the estimate and we can credit that unit toward a recertified monitor.
How do I send my equipment in?
Submit an RMA request online. We email you a free inbound shipping label (FedEx or UPS), and you pack and ship your equipment to our Tustin, California facility.
What does it cost if I decline the repair?
Nothing. For customers in the United States, the shipping label, the evaluation and the return of declined equipment are free. Some large or specialty equipment carries an evaluation fee, and we always tell you before you send it in.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Every repair includes a 90-day warranty. Recertified equipment we sell comes with a 6-month or 1-year warranty depending on the model.
