We repair Heska, Practivet, Jorvet, CME, Triumph, VetOne, Covetrus, Digicare, Midmark Cardell, SurgiVet, bionet and Parks equipment, our own PETite pump line, and the hospital pumps many clinics use. Call us at (855) 477-8866 if you don’t see your model.
How do I send my equipment in?
Submit an RMA request online. We email you a free inbound shipping label (FedEx or UPS), and you pack and ship your equipment to our Tustin, California facility.
What does it cost if I decline the repair?
Nothing. For customers in the United States, the shipping label, the evaluation and the return of declined equipment are free. Some large or specialty equipment carries an evaluation fee, and we always tell you before you send it in.
Do you offer preventive maintenance and calibration?
Yes. Preventive maintenance and calibration are a flat fee, and we can calibrate pumps to the syringe brands and IV sets your clinic uses.
Do you provide loaner pumps during repair?
We don’t offer loaners. If a unit isn’t worth repairing, you can decline the estimate and we can credit it toward a recertified pump.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Every repair includes a 90-day warranty. Recertified equipment we sell comes with a 6-month or 1-year warranty depending on the model.
