T/Pump systems were built by Gaymar for decades before Stryker bought the company. If your pump says Gaymar or Stryker, here is where it fits and what that means for service today.

Gaymar is founded
John K. Whitney co-founds Gaymar Industries in the basement of his Tonawanda, New York, home. The company later moves to Orchard Park, New York, and builds the T/Pump temperature therapy line.
- 2003
Private equity
Private equity firms Nautic Partners and Norwest Equity Partners acquire Gaymar.
- 2000–2010
Stryker partnership
For about a decade, Gaymar supplies Stryker with support surface products under an exclusive OEM agreement.

Stryker buys Gaymar
Stryker completes its acquisition of Gaymar Industries on October 1, 2010, for about $150 million, adding Gaymar’s temperature management products to its MedSurg business.

T/Pump Repair Questions
Is Gaymar part of Stryker?
Yes. Stryker bought Gaymar Industries of Orchard Park, New York, in 2010, so T/Pump systems may carry the Gaymar or Stryker name. Whichever name is on the label, we repair it in-house.
Can you fix a leaking T/Pump?
Yes. Leaks usually come from worn hose connectors, gaskets or a cracked tray. We replace the failed parts as part of the repair.
Do you offer preventive maintenance and calibration?
Yes. Preventive maintenance and calibration are a flat fee. Contact us or call (855) 477-8866 and we will confirm pricing for your models.
Do you provide loaner units during repair?
We don’t offer loaners. If a unit isn’t worth repairing, you can decline the estimate and we can credit that unit toward a recertified unit.
How do I send my equipment in?
Submit an RMA request online. We email you a free inbound shipping label (FedEx or UPS), and you pack and ship your equipment to our Tustin, California facility.
What does it cost if I decline the repair?
Nothing. For customers in the United States, the shipping label, the evaluation and the return of declined equipment are free. Some large or specialty equipment carries an evaluation fee, and we always tell you before you send it in.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Every repair includes a 90-day warranty. Recertified equipment we sell comes with a 6-month or 1-year warranty depending on the model.
