What Is the Mindray 0010-30-42625 Compatible SpO2 Adapter Cable?

The Mindray 0010-30-42625 compatible SpO2 adapter cable (SKU SA-052M-24LS) is a reusable, aftermarket replacement (not OEM). It is the extension cable that connects a Masimo LNCS-compatible SpO2 sensor to the monitor's SpO2 input. The monitor end uses a 6-pin connector, and the sensor end accepts the LNCS sensor plug. The cable is 7.9 ft (2.4 m) long.

Compatible Monitor Models

This cable is compatible with Datascope DPM3, DPM4, DPM5, M1K0, M2K0 (units built before January 2006), PM 6201, PM 8000 Express, PM 9000 Express, PM 9100, PM 9200P, and VS 800 monitors, and with Mindray PM 6000, PM 7000, PM 8000, and PM 9000 monitors. It is also compatible with Masimo SpO2-equipped versions of the Mindray DPM 3, DPM 4, DPM 5, MEC 1000, MEC 1200, MEC 2000, PM 5000, PM 6000, PM 7000, PM 7000 Standard, PM 8000, PM 8000 Express, PM 9000, PM 9000 Express, and VS 800. Design and Construction

The adapter cable is designed for Masimo LNCS sensor technology, so it should be paired with LNCS-compatible sensors. At 7.9 ft (2.4 m), the cable gives staff room to position the monitor away from the bedside while the sensor stays on the patient. It is reusable and ships one per bag.

When to Replace Your SpO2 Adapter Cable

Replace the adapter cable when the monitor shows sensor-off or no-sensor messages with a known-good sensor attached, or when SpO2 and pulse readings drop out or turn erratic as the cable is moved. Cracked or kinked jackets, bent or recessed pins at the monitor connector, and a loose or worn connector at the sensor end are also signs the cable should be retired. Testing with a known-good adapter cable is a quick way for biomedical staff to separate a cable fault from a sensor or monitor SpO2 board fault.
