What Is the Spacelabs 700-0007-35 Compatible 3-Lead ECG Leadwire?

The IPR Medical EL-SLD3-90S-A is a compatible aftermarket (not OEM) 3-lead ECG leadwire that replaces the Spacelabs 700-0007-35. It pairs snap electrode ends with a molded distal connector for limb lead monitoring. The lead type is Spacelabs Molded Din-Style, the length is 3.0 ft (0.9 m), and the leadwire is reusable.

Compatible Monitor Models

Compatible equipment for the EL-SLD3-90S-A consists of select Spacelabs models, such as the 90369 Ultraview, 91369, and 91220 mCare 300. Design and Construction

Three leads, color coded per AHA as RA white, LA black, and LL red, each end in a snap that fastens to the electrode. They meet at a molded distal connector, carry a Spacelabs Molded Din-Style lead type, and are shielded. The leadwire measures 3.0 ft (0.9 m). It is reusable once cleaned per facility protocol and is supplied one per bag.

When to Replace Your 3-Lead ECG Leadwire

A snap that no longer locks onto the electrode, a lead jacket with cuts or kinks, or strain damage where a lead meets the molded connector are all reasons to order a replacement. Clinicians may also notice repeated lead-off messages or a trace that becomes unreadable when the patient turns. When those symptoms disappear with a different leadwire on the same monitor, the original has reached the end of its service life.
