Medfusion & CADD Repair Questions
Do you repair all Medfusion 3500 versions?
Yes. We repair Versions 3, 4, 5 and 6. Our version guide explains the differences.
Can you help with PharmGuard drug libraries?
Please contact us or call (855) 477-8866 to discuss PharmGuard and drug library questions.
Do you provide loaner pumps during repair?
We don’t offer loaners. If a pump isn’t worth repairing, you can decline the estimate and we can credit that unit toward a recertified pump.
How do I send my equipment in?
Submit an RMA request online. We email you a free inbound shipping label (FedEx or UPS), and you pack and ship your equipment to our Tustin, California facility.
What does it cost if I decline the repair?
Nothing. For customers in the United States, the shipping label, the evaluation and the return of declined equipment are free. Some large or specialty equipment carries an evaluation fee, and we always tell you before you send it in.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Every repair includes a 90-day warranty. Recertified equipment we sell comes with a 6-month or 1-year warranty depending on the model.
