IPR Medical (Infusion Pump Repair Corp) wants everyone who visits iprmed.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology, to be able to find equipment, request a repair label and reach us without barriers.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Work completed so far includes visible keyboard focus indicators on every link and control, a skip-to-content link, accessible names for navigation and icon links, labeled form fields, a single page heading structure, and descriptive alternative text for product images. We test key pages (home, product listings, product pages, cart and checkout, the repair label request form and the contact page) with automated tools and keyboard-only navigation, and we fix issues as part of our regular site maintenance.
Known limitations
- Some manufacturer documents (operator manuals and guides published by equipment makers) are PDF files that we did not author and that may not be fully tagged for screen readers. If you need the content of any document in an accessible format, contact us and we will help.
- Some older product photos may have brief alternative text. We are updating these as listings are reviewed.
- The live-chat window is provided by a third-party service; if you have difficulty using it, please call or email us instead.
