Trademark Notice

IPR Medical (Infusion Pump Repair Corp) is an ISO 9001:2015-certified independent service organization based in Tustin, California. Through iprmed.com we offer recertified infusion pumps, syringe pumps, patient monitors and related medical equipment; in-house repair and preventive maintenance for that equipment; genuine OEM parts and accessories where available; compatible aftermarket cables, sensors and accessories; and our own line of veterinary infusion pumps.

To describe what we sell and service, we must refer to the manufacturers, brand names, model names and part numbers of the equipment involved. This page explains how those names are used on our site, what the terms we use mean, and how to contact us with a trademark question.

Our relationship with the manufacturers named on this site

Except where this page or a specific page on our site expressly says otherwise, IPR Medical is not an authorized dealer, distributor, agent, licensee, service center or representative of any manufacturer named on iprmed.com, and no manufacturer sponsors, approves or endorses IPR Medical, our products or our services. Equipment described as “Recertified” was inspected, serviced and tested by IPR Medical technicians at our facility; it was not recertified by the original manufacturer, and the manufacturer’s original warranty does not apply unless the listing says otherwise. IPR Medical provides its own warranty on repairs and recertified equipment.

Manufacturer and product names are used on this site only to identify the equipment we sell, repair and support, and the equipment our compatible products are designed to work with. This is nominative fair use. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that IPR Medical is affiliated with any manufacturer beyond what is stated here.

Manufacturer-recognized service relationships

Where IPR Medical does hold a service designation from a manufacturer, we say so on the relevant page. At the time of this notice:

• Parks Medical Electronics: IPR Medical is an authorized repair facility for Parks Medical Doppler flow detectors.
• Eitan Medical: IPR Medical is listed by Eitan Medical as a Level 2 service center for Sapphire infusion pumps.

These designations cover repair and service of the products named. They do not make IPR Medical a distributor or sales agent for either company, and trademarks of those companies remain their property.

Terminology used throughout our site

Recertified (also called refurbished)

Pre-owned equipment made by the original manufacturer that IPR Medical has inspected, repaired as needed, cleaned, calibrated and performance-tested to the manufacturer’s published specifications before sale. Recertification is performed by IPR Medical, not by the manufacturer.

Genuine OEM / Original

A product, part or accessory made by (or for) the original equipment manufacturer whose name it carries. When a listing says “Genuine OEM,” the item itself was made by that manufacturer.

Compatible / Aftermarket

A product made by a third party, not by the original manufacturer, that is designed to work with the named equipment or to replace the named OEM part. Compatible products on our site are clearly labeled as such and are sold under their own brand (for example, Orantech). They are not manufactured, licensed or endorsed by the OEM named in the listing.

For use with / Fits / Replaces

Describes which equipment a product works with, or which manufacturer part number it can take the place of. These phrases indicate compatibility only; they do not mean the product is made by that manufacturer.

New

Unused equipment in its original condition. New products sold on iprmed.com are either genuine OEM items or products manufactured for and sold under the IPR Medical brand.

Repair / Service

Diagnosis, repair, preventive maintenance and performance testing performed by IPR Medical technicians at our Tustin, California facility. Unless a page states that IPR Medical holds a manufacturer service designation, our repair services are independent of the equipment’s manufacturer.

Trademarks of IPR Medical

IPR Medical™, the IPR Medical logo, Infusion Pump Repair Corp, PETite™, PETite Heat™, PETfusion™, InfuPET™ and SnipPET™ are trademarks of Infusion Pump Repair Corp, doing business as IPR Medical. These marks, the iprmed.com domain and the design of this website may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not IPR Medical’s, or in any manner likely to cause confusion among customers, without our prior written permission.

Veterinary brands

Heska, Jorgensen Laboratories, JorVet, Practivet, Digicare, Covetrus, VetOne, Triumph, SurgiVet, Bionet and Cardell are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these marks does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, any of those companies.
