The C18 option combines both extended measurement packages into one: the 12-lead ECG capability of the C12 option and the invasive pressure/temperature channel of the C06 option. The result is a module that delivers 3-, 5-, and 12-lead ECG with arrhythmia and ST monitoring, EASI-derived ECG using 5 electrodes, QT/QTc monitoring, respiration, Masimo SET SpO2, oscillometric NBP, and either invasive blood pressure or temperature — the broadest parameter set available in a single M3001A configuration with Masimo LNCS sensor compatibility. Philips Avalon Toco+ MP Fetal Transducer (M2735A) | DECG/MECG/IUP
$1,495.00The Philips Avalon Toco+ MP Transducer (M2735A) is the most versatile wired Smart Transducer in the Avalon family — it measures uterine activity via external Toco, captures maternal pulse with built-in Smart Pulse, and accepts adapter cables for direct fetal ECG (DECG), maternal ECG (MECG), or intrauterine pressure (IUP). One transducer covers four measurement modes, which is why labor and delivery floors keep the M2735A on hand even when most patients are monitored externally.
The Toco+ MP connects to any of the four fetal sensor sockets on Avalon FM20, FM30, FM40, or FM50 monitors via a standard D-shaped connector. Smart Pulse is always active when the transducer is applied, feeding maternal pulse into the monitor’s Cross-Channel Verification (CCV) feature to reduce the risk of mistaking maternal pulse for fetal heart rate. When DECG, MECG, or IUP monitoring is needed, the user simply plugs the appropriate adapter cable into the transducer’s auxiliary connector — the monitor automatically detects the mode.
