What Is the M1977A Compatible 5-Lead One-Piece ECG Cable?

The IPR Medical EC-5005RS-A is a compatible aftermarket (not OEM) 5-lead one-piece ECG cable that replaces OEM part M1977A. It connects to the patient through five snap electrode ends arranged for limb and chest lead placement, and since the leads are integral to the cable, no separate leadwire set is needed. Design and Construction

On the EC-5005RS-A, each of the five leads ends in a snap connector, and AHA color coding identifies them: white for RA, black for LA, red for LL, green for RL, and brown for the V lead. Its length is listed as 8.2 ft + 3.0 ft (2.5 m + 0.9 m). The cable is defib-proof and reusable; follow facility protocol when cleaning it between patients. It is supplied one per bag.
