CADD Legacy Plus 6500
The Smiths Medical CADD-Legacy® PLUS (Model 6500) expands on the CADD-Legacy® continuous infusion platform with the addition of a fully programmable intermittent delivery mode — making it a versatile choice for therapies that require both steady background infusion and scheduled bolus dosing. The 6500 supports rates from 0.1 to 125 ml/hr in continuous mode and dose volumes up to 1,000 ml in intermittent mode, with an internal clock that keeps scheduled doses on time automatically. This makes it particularly well suited for ambulatory antibiotic protocols (OPAT), cyclic parenteral nutrition, hydration regimens, and other time-dependent therapies administered in home or outpatient settings.
The 6500 features the same proven safety architecture as the rest of the CADD-Legacy® family: upstream and downstream occlusion sensors, adjustable air-in-line detection, cassette detection, a three-level security lock system, and a 1,000-event downloadable pump history. System delivery accuracy is ±6% (nominal).
IPR Medical buys, sells, repairs, and stocks parts and administration sets for the Smiths Medical CADD-Legacy® PLUS (Model 6500). Contact us at 855-477-8866 or cs@iprmed.com.

CADD Prizm VIP
The CADD-Prizm® ambulatory infusion pump provides measured medication therapy to patients in hospital or outpatient settings. The CADD-Prizm® pump is indicated for intravenous, intra-arterial, subcutaneous, intraperitoneal, epidural space, or subarachnoid space infusion. PCA delivery is intended for therapies that require a continuous rate of infusion, patient-controlled demand doses, or both (such as patient-controlled analgesia). Continuous delivery allows the infusion of drug at a constant, programmed rate while intermittent delivery allows the infusion of a specific volume of drug at a regular, programmed interval. The final delivery program, TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition), allows the infusion of nutritional solutions or other fluids, with optional tapering at the beginning and end of infusion.

Hospira Plum A+
Original price was: $795.00.$495.00Current price is: $495.00.The Hospira Plum A+ is a dual-line, single-channel, cassette-based volumetric infusion system designed for hospital-wide, alternate-site, and home healthcare standardization. Built for parenteral, enteral, and epidural infusion across neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients, the Plum A+ supports primary, secondary (piggyback), and concurrent delivery through a single output line — allowing two medications to run simultaneously without requiring a second IV site. Flow rates range from 0.1 to 999 ml/h with ±5% accuracy (1–999 ml/h) and 15 dose-calculation delivery units, making it suitable for everything from low-rate critical care drips to high-volume fluid replacement.
The Plum A+ features Hospira’s PlumSet cassette technology with integrated free-flow protection, a closed air management system that captures up to 2 ml of air and removes it via automated back-priming without disconnecting the patient line, variable distal occlusion pressure (1–15 psig, user-selectable), and proximal occlusion detection. At 9.5 lbs with an internal rechargeable sealed lead-acid battery providing approximately 6 hours at 125 ml/h, the Plum A+ is fully compatible with the LifeCare Plum Series administration sets and LifeShield/CLAVE needleless protection systems.
IPR Medical buys, sells, repairs, and stocks parts for the Hospira Plum A+. Whether you need a recertified pump, a replacement battery, cassette door, or pole clamp, or a full repair and recertification, contact us at 855-477-8866 or cs@iprmed.com.

Smiths Medical HOTLINE 3 Blood and Fluid Warmer
Original price was: $895.00.$695.00Current price is: $695.00.The Smiths Medical HOTLINE® 3 Blood and Fluid Warmer (Model HL-390-38) — now distributed by ICU Medical — is a proven routine-flow fluid warming system designed to deliver blood and IV fluids to patients at normothermic temperatures under gravity flow conditions. The HOTLINE 3 uses a closed recirculating solution system that surrounds the sterile IV line with a continuous layer of warmed fluid, eliminating patient line cool-down from the warmer all the way to the access site. The proprietary triple-lumen tubing design keeps the infusate path warm without exposing it to any direct heating element. The HL-390-38 sets a recirculating solution temperature of 38°C, with an electronic primary control circuit that limits recirculating solution to 38°C maximum and an independent watchdog circuit that alarms and stops the pump at 39.2°C — keeping the system inherently free of hot spots. Compatible with the HOTLINE® 3 L-370 Fluid Warming Set (single-use, sold separately), the HL-390 mounts to a standard IV pole and serves operating rooms, recovery rooms, ICUs, and emergency departments handling patients at risk of hypothermia.

ICU Medical/ Hospira Plum 360
Original price was: $1,995.00.$1,150.00Current price is: $1,150.00.The ICU Medical (Hospira) Plum 360 is a cassette-based, dual-line volumetric infusion system and the next-generation successor to the widely installed Plum A+ platform. It delivers two infusions through a single patient line — primary and secondary (piggyback) or concurrent — with a secondary line that connects directly to the PlumSet cassette so the pump can distinguish between the two and alert staff if the secondary line stops infusing. Flow rates range from 0.1 to 999 ml/h at ±5% accuracy with 15 dose-calculation units, and a 2,500-medication drug library with hard and soft limits across 40 clinical care areas provides comprehensive safety guardrails.
What makes the Plum 360 stand out is its closed air management system — an industry-exclusive 1 ml air trap reduces nuisance air-in-line alarms, and automated back-priming clears air without disconnecting the patient line. Full IV-EHR interoperability, 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless and Ethernet connectivity, alarm forwarding, auto-programming from physician orders, and UL-certified cybersecurity make it a modern, network-ready smart pump. The Plum 360 operates standalone or with ICU Medical MedNet safety software and is compatible with the full line of Plum Series administration sets and CLAVE needleless systems.
IPR Medical buys, sells, repairs, and stocks parts for the Plum 360. We also supply PlumSet cassettes, IV administration sets, and other consumables. Contact us at 855-477-8866 or cs@iprmed.com.
