FAQ

BD Alaris Repair Questions

Do I need to send the PC unit with the modules?

No. You can send a PC unit or individual modules on their own. If a module fault may involve the PC unit, our technicians will tell you before any work begins.

Can you help with Guardrails drug libraries?

Please contact us or call (855) 477-8866 to discuss drug library questions for your Alaris fleet.

Do you provide loaner pumps during repair?

We don’t offer loaners. If a unit isn’t worth repairing, you can decline the estimate and we can credit that unit toward a recertified one.

How do I send my equipment in?

Submit an RMA request online. We email you a free inbound shipping label (FedEx or UPS), and you pack and ship your equipment to our Tustin, California facility.

What does it cost if I decline the repair?

Nothing. For customers in the United States, the shipping label, the evaluation and the return of declined equipment are free. Some large or specialty equipment carries an evaluation fee, and we always tell you before you send it in.

Do your repairs come with a warranty?

Yes. Every repair includes a 90-day warranty. Recertified equipment we sell comes with a 6-month or 1-year warranty depending on the model.
