What Is the Spacelabs 700-0031-00 Compatible Temperature Adapter Cable?

The IPR Medical TA-SL-2AD03 is a compatible aftermarket (not OEM) 2-channel temperature adapter cable that replaces the Spacelabs 700-0031-00. It is a short, reusable adapter, 1.0 ft (0.3 m) long, intended for use with 400 Series temperature probes.

Inspect the adapter at every connection point, where flexing does the most damage: look for a split jacket, loose or cracked connector housings, and bent pins on the monitor side. If a temperature channel reads erratically, drops out, or shows an implausible value while a known-good probe is attached, the adapter is the likely culprit and should be replaced.
