Baxter Flo-Gard 6301
Original price was: $995.00.$895.00Current price is: $895.00.The Baxter Flo-Gard 6301 is a dual-channel linear peristaltic volumetric infusion pump that does the work of two conventional pumps in a single unit mounted to one IV pole. Each of its two independently programmable channels supports full primary and secondary infusion programs, a 10-step Programmed Delivery Profile, volume-time programming, automatic piggybacking, and a dedicated Flow Check display — making the 6301 one of the most capable pumps in the Flo-Gard family.
Both channels share a single control interface with PUMP 1 and PUMP 2 selector keys, keeping the footprint compact while delivering the full feature set of the 6201 on each channel simultaneously. The device runs on 110/120V AC or its internal 12-volt sealed lead-acid battery — approximately 6 hours with one pump running, or approximately 4 hours with both running. Nurse call output, configurable hospital area designator, selectable downstream occlusion and air-in-line sensitivity, five-hour data memory, and an automatic self-test on startup round out a pump built for demanding clinical environments.
The 6301 is an older, discontinued pump, but facilities that rely on it value the space savings and operational efficiency of dual-channel infusion in a single device. IPR Medical maintains a large inventory of Flo-Gard 6301 parts to keep your fleet running strong.

Baxter Sigma Spectrum Version 6
Original price was: $995.00.$795.00Current price is: $795.00.The Baxter SIGMA Spectrum Version 6 is one of the most recognizable large-volume infusion pumps in North American acute care — and for good reason. The Spectrum platform built its reputation on one thing: keeping clinicians from making programming errors under pressure. Dose Error Reduction Software (DERS) defaults on at startup, your Master Drug Library enforces soft and hard limits by care area, and the guided bedside workflow means staff spend less time second-guessing and more time focused on the patient.
Flow rates run 0.5 to 999 ml/h with ±5% accuracy, the pump supports a full range of clinical modes including titration on the fly and multi-step ramping, and optional 802.11b/g wireless lets your biomed team push drug library updates and pull CQI data across the fleet remotely. If you’re running Spectrum pumps already, the V6 slots right into your existing infrastructure — same IV sets, same staff training, same wireless backbone. If you’re building a fleet from scratch, it’s a proven platform at a price point that’s hard to argue with.
Also available:
- Baxter Sigma Spectrum Version 8 — enhanced drug library and wireless updates, same proven Spectrum platform
- Baxter Spectrum IQ — full EMR integration with Auto-Programming, Auto-Documentation, and built-in asset tracking
IPR Medical stocks compatible Baxter IV administration sets, so you can source pumps and sets from one place. If you’re building or refreshing a Spectrum fleet on a budget, the V6 delivers the proven platform at a lower cost than later versions, with full repair and parts support from IPR Medical. Sigma Spectrum IQ
Original price was: $2,995.00.$1,995.00Current price is: $1,995.00.The Baxter Spectrum IQ is what happens when you take everything that made the Spectrum platform the most trusted large-volume IV pump in North American hospitals and add a direct line into your EMR. Where the V6 and V8 gave clinicians guided bedside programming, the Spectrum IQ goes a step further: scan the patient, scan the medication, scan the pump — and the infusion order comes over from the EMR and programs the pump automatically. Auto-documentation pushes infusion data back into the patient record without manual entry. That’s fewer keystrokes, fewer transcription errors, and clinicians spending more time with patients instead of at the keyboard.
The Spectrum IQ runs Dose IQ Safety Software Version 9 on top of the proven Spectrum peristaltic platform: 0.5 to 999 ml/h flow range, ±5% accuracy, configurable dose limits by care area, and the full suite of Spectrum programming modes including titration on the fly, multi-step, cyclic TPN, and secondary callback. What’s unique to the IQ is the Dose Rate Change Alert — an added safety layer that intercepts incremental dose or rate changes beyond traditional upper and lower limits, catching the kind of errors that standard hard-limit programming misses. Baxter cites an average of 97% drug library compliance within one month of deployment, which is a real number facilities have reported.
Also available:
- Baxter Sigma Spectrum Version 6 — earlier Spectrum platform for facilities that don’t require full EMR integration
- Baxter Sigma Spectrum Version 8 — enhanced drug library and wireless updates, same proven Spectrum platform

Sigma Spectrum Version 8
Original price was: $1,495.00.$1,295.00Current price is: $1,295.00.The Baxter SIGMA Spectrum Infusion Pump Version 8 is one of the most trusted large-volume infusion pumps in North American acute care — and for good reason. It combines a wide flow rate range (0.5 to 999 ml/h), a customizable Master Drug Library with up to 32 Care Areas, and configurable Dose Error Reduction Software (DERS) that guides clinicians through safe programming from the moment they power the pump on. A human factors study put the task success rate at 99.1% across all user groups — which is a fancy way of saying it’s genuinely intuitive to use, even under busy clinical conditions.
What makes the Spectrum V8 a smart choice for facilities isn’t just the feature list — it’s the ecosystem. The pump runs on Baxter’s standard CONTINU-FLO IV sets, which work for both gravity and pump infusions, cutting down on setup time and set waste. And because IPR Medical stocks compatible Baxter IV administration sets, you can source pumps and consumables from one place.

Baxter InfusO.R.
Original price was: $4,500.00.$3,995.00Current price is: $3,995.00.The Baxter InfusO.R. is a battery-operated syringe infusion pump built for the operating room, where it aids the administration of intravenous agents during anesthetic procedures. Its defining feature is the magnetically coded Smart Label system: the clinician snaps on a drug-specific label, dials the dose in clinical units already scaled to patient weight, and the pump runs — no menus and no reprogramming. The result is a fast, simple, lightweight device long favored by anesthesia providers for vasoactive drips, narcotics, muscle relaxants, and propofol.

Baxter Flo-Gard 6200
Original price was: $895.00.$795.00Current price is: $795.00.The Baxter Flo-Gard 6200 is a single-channel volumetric infusion pump built for reliable, accurate intravenous delivery of a wide range of fluids — including blood and fat emulsions — across primary and secondary infusion programs. Operating on standard 115 VAC power or its self-contained rechargeable battery, it delivers flow rates from 1 to 999 mL/hr in 1 mL/hr increments with a VTBI range of 1 to 9,999 mL. Automatic piggybacking switches seamlessly from the secondary program back to the primary when secondary infusion completes, and a built-in safety clamp prevents accidental free flow any time the pump door is opened.
The Flo-Gard 6200 is an older pump — discontinued by Baxter — but it remains one of the most straightforward, dependable large-volume pumps in clinical use today. Hospitals, long-term care facilities, outpatient clinics, and veterinary practices continue to rely on them for good reason: they are simple to load, simple to program, and built to last.
IPR Medical maintains a large inventory of Flo-Gard 6200 parts — including batteries, fuses, pump mechanisms, power cords, and more — to keep your fleet running strong. Whether you need a single unit serviced or a supply of components to support ongoing maintenance, we have what you need.
