    Sigma Spectrum Version 8

Original price was: $1,495.00.Current price is: $1,295.00.

The Baxter SIGMA Spectrum Infusion Pump Version 8 is one of the most trusted large-volume infusion pumps in North American acute care — and for good reason. It combines a wide flow rate range (0.5 to 999 ml/h), a customizable Master Drug Library with up to 32 Care Areas, and configurable Dose Error Reduction Software (DERS) that guides clinicians through safe programming from the moment they power the pump on. A human factors study put the task success rate at 99.1% across all user groups — which is a fancy way of saying it’s genuinely intuitive to use, even under busy clinical conditions.

What makes the Spectrum V8 a smart choice for facilities isn’t just the feature list — it’s the ecosystem. The pump runs on Baxter’s standard CONTINU-FLO IV sets, which work for both gravity and pump infusions, cutting down on setup time and set waste. And because IPR Medical stocks compatible Baxter IV administration sets, you can source pumps and consumables from one place.

  • B Braun Outlook 100

The Outlook™ 100 is intended for use with B. Braun Medical Inc. Horizon® Pump IV Sets to regulate the flow of primary and secondary fluids when positive pressure is required. The infusion system is capable of delivering fluid from a negative head height (when the IV fluid container is lower than the pump), and provides clinically accepted volumetric accuracy for all standard IV fluids, including blood, lipids, and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN).

Positive pressure is frequently a necessity, but clinical experience shows that high pressure limits may increase the severity of an infiltration without causing an alarm. Because there is a need to control pump pressure settings, the Outlook ES has user-selectable Occlusion Limit settings which start at 75 mmHg and extend to 750 mmHg.

The pump is equipped with distinct audible and visual alarm signals to indicate Keep Vein Open (KVO), low battery, and other alarm conditions.

    Features
    • Promotes patient safety by helping to avoid accidental under- or overdosing using audible
    • and visual alerts
    • Provides flexibility for each care area—ability to customize dose limits to your hospital drug formulary
    • Promotes clinician choice with dose limit override when limits are exceeded during manual programming and titration
    • Visually indicates dose selection with DoseGuard™ software
    • Easy to learn:

    – Manual operation RATE, VOLUME, RUN

    – Automatic Dose Rate Calculator

    – Large, highly visible keys

    • Reduce nuisance air-in-line alarms with air-trapping cassette
    • Stackable modular design reduces bedside cord clutter and errors due to channel confusion
    • Comprehensive line of needle-free administration sets including UV light resistant tubing that protects drug efficacy

Philips Avalon CL Wireless Ultrasound Transducer (866076)

Original price was: $1,695.00.Current price is: $1,495.00.

The Philips Avalon CL Wireless Ultrasound Transducer (866076) is the cableless fetal heart rate transducer in the Avalon CL Fetal Transducer System — a Smart Transducer with an onboard microprocessor that captures, processes, and digitally transmits the fetal heart rate signal directly to the Avalon fetal monitor. Its seven-crystal array (six crystals arranged around the perimeter with one in the center, in equilateral triangle geometry) delivers uniform acoustic coverage and strong cardiac detection with minimal repositioning, making it especially effective for twins, triplets, and active labor. Paired with the Avalon CL Base Station (866074) and Avalon FM20, FM30, FM40, or FM50 fetal monitors, it delivers the same measurement performance as wired Smart Transducers at ranges up to 100 m (300 ft) line of sight.

The 866076 supports Cross-Channel Verification (CCV) to prevent maternal-fetal heart rate confusion, Fetal Movement Profile (FMP) for high-risk pregnancy monitoring, and automatic channel assignment (FHR1/FHR2/FHR3) when multiple transducers are in use. It is watertight for underwater monitoring, weighs approximately 0.6 lbs (0.27 kg), and docks directly into the Avalon CL base station for automatic pairing and battery recharging.

IPR Medical sells, buys, repairs, and stocks parts and accessories for the Philips Avalon CL system, including transducers, base stations, belts, and replacement batteries. Contact us at 855-477-8866 or cs@iprmed.com.

  • Philips CL Wireless ECG / IUP Transducer (866077)

    $1,195.00

The Philips Avalon CL Wireless ECG/IUP Transducer (866077) is a cableless, battery-powered transducer that captures maternal ECG, fetal ECG (DECG), and intrauterine pressure (IUP) on a single device — giving labor and delivery teams three internal and maternal measurements without tethering the patient to the monitor. Paired with the Avalon CL Base Station (866074) and Avalon FM20, FM30, FM40, or FM50 fetal monitors, it delivers the same measurement performance as wired Smart Transducers while letting mothers walk, shower, or reposition during labor with an operating range of up to 100 m (300 ft) line of sight.

The 866077 is watertight for underwater monitoring, weighs only 0.6 lbs (0.27 kg), and docks directly into the Avalon CL base station for automatic assignment and battery recharging — no patient cables, no separate charger. IPR Medical sells, buys, repairs, and stocks parts and accessories for the Philips Avalon CL system, including transducers, base stations, belts, and replacement batteries. B Braun Vista Basic

    $1,295.00

The B. Braun Vista Basic is a linear peristaltic volumetric infusion pump built around a single principle: simplicity without compromise. Designed for ease of use across acute care, outpatient, and home infusion settings, the Vista Basic delivers accurate, continuous and programmable infusions of parenteral and enteral fluids across a rate range of 0.1 to 800.0 ml/h with Vista tubing — or up to 999.9 ml/h with Intrafix sets — in 0.1 ml/h increments. Flow accuracy is rated at ±5%.

The aluminum housing is drip-proof, resistant to disinfectants, and built for the day-to-day demands of clinical use. Straight-line tubing loads quickly without the need to thread complex pathways, and the plain-language LCD display walks operators through programming step by step. The 7.2V NiCd rechargeable battery provides approximately 3.5 hours of runtime at maximum delivery rate. A drop sensor detects upstream occlusions and empty containers, and a data lock feature prevents unauthorized reprogramming during active infusions.

With over 100,000 units in service worldwide, the Vista Basic has earned its reputation as a dependable workhorse — equally at home on a hospital floor, in an infusion clinic, or in a home care setting. IPR Medical buys, sells, and repairs the B. Braun Vista Basic and stocks replacement parts. Contact us at 855-477-8866 or cs@iprmed.com.

Looking for a more modern alternative? The B. Braun Infusomat Space Version U is B.
