What Is the Mindray 115-020768-00 Compatible SpO2 Adapter Cable?

The Mindray 115-020768-00 compatible SpO2 adapter cable is a reusable, aftermarket extension cable that connects a Masimo LNCS pulse oximetry sensor to a Mindray or Datascope monitor equipped with Masimo SpO2. The sensor on the patient’s finger, toe, or other site plugs into the end of this cable, and the cable carries the signal to the monitor’s SpO2 port for continuous oxygen saturation and pulse rate monitoring. Because the adapter cable is reusable and separate from the sensor, facilities can replace disposable or reusable LNCS sensors on their own without replacing the whole cable. It is a compatible replacement, not an original Mindray or Masimo part, and it is built to the same fit, form, and function as the OEM 115-020768-00 cable.

The sensor end has a triple-keyed female 9-pin D-sub connector that accepts Masimo LNCS sensors and holds them securely during patient movement. The white cable is latex-free, non-sterile, reusable after cleaning according to facility protocol, weighs about 0.4 lbs, and ships one per bag.

When to Replace Your Mindray SpO2 Adapter Cable

SpO2 adapter cables flex constantly at both connectors and are often looped around bed rails or pinched in drawers and equipment carts. Replace the cable when you see “SpO2 sensor off,” “no sensor,” or “cable fault” messages with a known-good sensor, when readings drop out or the pleth waveform becomes noisy as the cable is moved, or when you find a cracked jacket, a loose or wobbly D-sub latch, or bent or recessed connector pins. Testing with a known-good sensor and a second cable quickly shows whether the cable, the sensor, or the monitor is at fault.
