Hospira Plum A+ with Mednet
Original price was: $995.00.$495.00Current price is: $495.00.The Hospira Plum A+ with MedNet is a dual-line, single-channel, cassette-based volumetric infusion system equipped with Hospira MedNet safety software — transforming the proven Plum A+ hardware into a networked, smart-pump medication management platform. MedNet adds a Custom Drug Library with facility-defined hard and soft dosing limits organized by clinical care area, auto-programming capability that receives physician orders directly at the pump, networked drug library updates that push library changes to the entire fleet from a central server. The result is a complete closed-loop medication safety system on a platform with over 325,000 installations worldwide.
The underlying hardware delivers flow rates from 0.1 to 999 ml/h with ±5% accuracy (1–999 ml/h) across 15 dose-calculation delivery units. Hospira’s PlumSet cassette technology provides integrated free-flow protection, a closed air management system that captures up to 2 ml of air and removes it via automated back-priming without disconnecting the patient line, and variable distal occlusion pressure (1–15 psig). Primary, secondary (piggyback), and concurrent delivery through a single output line allow two medications to run simultaneously. The Plum A+ with MedNet supports parenteral, enteral, and epidural infusion across neonatal, pediatric, and adult patient populations in medical/surgical, critical care, OR, emergency, and alternate-site environments.
IPR Medical buys, sells, repairs, and stocks parts for the Hospira Plum A+ with MedNet. Whether you need a recertified pump, a replacement battery, MedNet module support, or a full repair and recertification, contact us at 855-477-8866 or cs@iprmed.com.

Original price was: $1,295.00.$1,195.00Current price is: $1,195.00.The Medfusion 2010i is the expanded-capability version of the Medfusion 2010 — an ambulatory syringe pump offering the broadest unit coverage in the 2010-series platform. Where the 2010 covers the most common weight-based and mass dosing units, the 2010i adds 15 available delivery modes across Body Weight, Mass, Continuous, and Volume Over Time categories, with an extended range of unit conversions that gives clinicians greater flexibility across critical care, anesthesia, neonatal, and specialty pharmacy applications.
The 2010i stores up to 64 user regimens and protocols across two protected user banks for fast recall of pre-programmed clinical regimens. Bolus delivery is programmable and can be administered at any time prior to or during drug delivery. It runs on AC power or internal rechargeable battery, accepts B-D, Monoject, and Terumo syringes from 1 mL to 60 mL with automatic syringe size detection, and delivers flow rates from 0.01 to 378.0 mL/hr at ±3% accuracy. Four-position variable occlusion settings and a custom program lockout mode allow the pump to be configured to facility-specific requirements.

CADD Prizm VIP
The CADD-Prizm® ambulatory infusion pump provides measured medication therapy to patients in hospital or outpatient settings. The CADD-Prizm® pump is indicated for intravenous, intra-arterial, subcutaneous, intraperitoneal, epidural space, or subarachnoid space infusion. PCA delivery is intended for therapies that require a continuous rate of infusion, patient-controlled demand doses, or both (such as patient-controlled analgesia). Continuous delivery allows the infusion of drug at a constant, programmed rate while intermittent delivery allows the infusion of a specific volume of drug at a regular, programmed interval. The final delivery program, TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition), allows the infusion of nutritional solutions or other fluids, with optional tapering at the beginning and end of infusion.

- Easy to read display
- Reliable and Durable
- Programming flexibility
- Air-in-Line detector
- Event memory log

CADD Legacy Plus 6500
The Smiths Medical CADD-Legacy® PLUS (Model 6500) expands on the CADD-Legacy® continuous infusion platform with the addition of a fully programmable intermittent delivery mode — making it a versatile choice for therapies that require both steady background infusion and scheduled bolus dosing. The 6500 supports rates from 0.1 to 125 ml/hr in continuous mode and dose volumes up to 1,000 ml in intermittent mode, with an internal clock that keeps scheduled doses on time automatically. This makes it particularly well suited for ambulatory antibiotic protocols (OPAT), cyclic parenteral nutrition, hydration regimens, and other time-dependent therapies administered in home or outpatient settings.
The 6500 features the same proven safety architecture as the rest of the CADD-Legacy® family: upstream and downstream occlusion sensors, adjustable air-in-line detection, cassette detection, a three-level security lock system, and a 1,000-event downloadable pump history. System delivery accuracy is ±6% (nominal).

CADD Legacy PCA 6300
The Smiths Medical CADD-Legacy® PCA (Model 6300) is the dedicated pain management model in the CADD-Legacy® ambulatory infusion family, purpose-built for patient-controlled analgesia and clinician-managed analgesic protocols. It supports three delivery modes — a programmable continuous background infusion, a patient-activated demand dose via pump button or remote dose cord, and a clinician-administered bolus — giving the care team and patient precisely the level of control their protocol requires. The 6300 can be programmed in ml, mg, or mcg units with concentration entry, accommodating a wide range of opioid and non-opioid analgesic regimens across intravenous, subcutaneous, epidural, subarachnoid, and other routes.
System delivery accuracy is ±6% (nominal), weight is 0.86 lbs on two AA alkaline batteries, and battery life reaches approximately 40 hours at a moderate continuous rate of 30 ml/hr — or approximately 14 days at low-rate protocols — supporting home PCA patients between pharmacy or clinic visits. The 6300 shares the same 1,000-event downloadable audit trail, three-level security lock system, and full alarm suite as the rest of the CADD-Legacy® family.
