  • CADD Legacy Plus 6500

The Smiths Medical CADD-Legacy® PLUS (Model 6500) expands on the CADD-Legacy® continuous infusion platform with the addition of a fully programmable intermittent delivery mode — making it a versatile choice for therapies that require both steady background infusion and scheduled bolus dosing. The 6500 supports rates from 0.1 to 125 ml/hr in continuous mode and dose volumes up to 1,000 ml in intermittent mode, with an internal clock that keeps scheduled doses on time automatically. This makes it particularly well suited for ambulatory antibiotic protocols (OPAT), cyclic parenteral nutrition, hydration regimens, and other time-dependent therapies administered in home or outpatient settings.

The 6500 features the same proven safety architecture as the rest of the CADD-Legacy® family: upstream and downstream occlusion sensors, adjustable air-in-line detection, cassette detection, a three-level security lock system, and a 1,000-event downloadable pump history. System delivery accuracy is ±6% (nominal).

    CADD Legacy PCA 6300

The Smiths Medical CADD-Legacy® PCA (Model 6300) is the dedicated pain management model in the CADD-Legacy® ambulatory infusion family, purpose-built for patient-controlled analgesia and clinician-managed analgesic protocols. It supports three delivery modes — a programmable continuous background infusion, a patient-activated demand dose via pump button or remote dose cord, and a clinician-administered bolus — giving the care team and patient precisely the level of control their protocol requires. The 6300 can be programmed in ml, mg, or mcg units with concentration entry, accommodating a wide range of opioid and non-opioid analgesic regimens across intravenous, subcutaneous, epidural, subarachnoid, and other routes.

System delivery accuracy is ±6% (nominal), weight is 0.86 lbs on two AA alkaline batteries, and battery life reaches approximately 40 hours at a moderate continuous rate of 30 ml/hr — or approximately 14 days at low-rate protocols — supporting home PCA patients between pharmacy or clinic visits. The 6300 shares the same 1,000-event downloadable audit trail, three-level security lock system, and full alarm suite as the rest of the CADD-Legacy® family.

    Enteralite Infinity (Orange)

Original price was: $795.00.Current price is: $495.00.

The Moog Infinity® Orange is the small-volume specialist in Moog Medical’s Infinity enteral feeding pump family — purpose-built for patients who require low-rate, low-volume feedings with a level of precision and safety that standard-volume pumps are not optimized to deliver. Most commonly prescribed for neonates, infants, and young children receiving human milk or formula in NICU, PICU, and home care settings, the Infinity Orange delivers at rates from 0.1 to 300 ml/h with ±5% accuracy and reduces both priming volume (~5.5 ml) and residual volume (~2.0 ml) to a fraction of what standard pumps leave behind — critical factors when every milliliter of human milk or specialized formula has clinical significance.

The Orange is housed in the same compact, orientation-independent shell as the Infinity Blue, sharing identical dimensions (4.05″ H × 5.65″ W × 1.95″ D) and sub-one-pound weight (14.4 oz). It operates in any position, runs up to 24 hours on a single charge. But where the Blue is optimized for a broad range of adult and pediatric patients, the Orange adds two features unique to its small-volume focus: a FOOD TYPE selection that lets clinicians specify formula or human milk so the pump can account for viscosity differences in its delivery, and a lower-speed priming function (~360 ml/h vs. ~700 ml/h for the Blue) that reduces the pressure and volume risk during priming for fragile neonatal patients. Orange-colored delivery set tubing provides an additional visual cue distinguishing enteral from IV lines at the bedside.

    ICU Medical/ Hospira Plum 360

Original price was: $1,995.00.Current price is: $1,150.00.

The ICU Medical (Hospira) Plum 360 is a cassette-based, dual-line volumetric infusion system and the next-generation successor to the widely installed Plum A+ platform. It delivers two infusions through a single patient line — primary and secondary (piggyback) or concurrent — with a secondary line that connects directly to the PlumSet cassette so the pump can distinguish between the two and alert staff if the secondary line stops infusing. Flow rates range from 0.1 to 999 ml/h at ±5% accuracy with 15 dose-calculation units, and a 2,500-medication drug library with hard and soft limits across 40 clinical care areas provides comprehensive safety guardrails.

What makes the Plum 360 stand out is its closed air management system — an industry-exclusive 1 ml air trap reduces nuisance air-in-line alarms, and automated back-priming clears air without disconnecting the patient line. Full IV-EHR interoperability, 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless and Ethernet connectivity, alarm forwarding, auto-programming from physician orders, and UL-certified cybersecurity make it a modern, network-ready smart pump. The Plum 360 operates standalone or with ICU Medical MedNet safety software and is compatible with the full line of Plum Series administration sets and CLAVE needleless systems.

IPR Medical buys, sells, repairs, and stocks parts for the Plum 360. We also supply PlumSet cassettes, IV administration sets, and other consumables. Contact us at 855-477-8866 or cs@iprmed.com.
