    Medfusion 2010

Original price was: $1,095.00.Current price is: $995.00.

The Medfusion 2010 is an ambulatory syringe pump designed for precise, low-volume drug and fluid injection in the hospital setting. Building on the foundation of the Medfusion 2001, the 2010 adds body-weight-based dosing capability — making it well suited for critical care, anesthesia, and any clinical application where medication must be dosed relative to patient weight. It supports four infusion mode categories: Body Weight (mcg/kg/min, mcg/kg/hr, mg/kg/min, mg/kg/hr), Mass (mg/hr), Continuous (mL/hr), and Volume Over Time — with bolus delivery available across Body Weight, Mass, and Continuous modes.

Running on AC power or internal rechargeable batteries, the 2010 accepts syringes from B-D, Monoject, and Terumo in sizes from 1 mL to 60 mL with automatic syringe size detection. It delivers flow rates from 0.01 to 378.0 mL/hr at ±3% accuracy, features four-position variable occlusion settings, and supports a custom program mode with lockout for facility-specific configuration. The pump mounts to a treatment cage, IV pole, or benchtop and operates in nearly any position.

The Medfusion 2010 is a discontinued product that remains in active use across hospitals and clinical settings. Whether you need a patient-ready unit, replacement parts, or a repair on a pump already in your fleet, IPR Medical is here to help. Smiths Medical HOTLINE 3 Blood and Fluid Warmer

Original price was: $895.00.Current price is: $695.00.

The Smiths Medical HOTLINE® 3 Blood and Fluid Warmer (Model HL-390-38) — now distributed by ICU Medical — is a proven routine-flow fluid warming system designed to deliver blood and IV fluids to patients at normothermic temperatures under gravity flow conditions. The HOTLINE 3 uses a closed recirculating solution system that surrounds the sterile IV line with a continuous layer of warmed fluid, eliminating patient line cool-down from the warmer all the way to the access site. The proprietary triple-lumen tubing design keeps the infusate path warm without exposing it to any direct heating element. The HL-390-38 sets a recirculating solution temperature of 38°C, with an electronic primary control circuit that limits recirculating solution to 38°C maximum and an independent watchdog circuit that alarms and stops the pump at 39.2°C — keeping the system inherently free of hot spots. Compatible with the HOTLINE® 3 L-370 Fluid Warming Set (single-use, sold separately), the HL-390 mounts to a standard IV pole and serves operating rooms, recovery rooms, ICUs, and emergency departments handling patients at risk of hypothermia.

Original price was: $1,295.00.Current price is: $1,195.00.

The Medfusion 2010i is the expanded-capability version of the Medfusion 2010 — an ambulatory syringe pump offering the broadest unit coverage in the 2010-series platform. Where the 2010 covers the most common weight-based and mass dosing units, the 2010i adds 15 available delivery modes across Body Weight, Mass, Continuous, and Volume Over Time categories, with an extended range of unit conversions that gives clinicians greater flexibility across critical care, anesthesia, neonatal, and specialty pharmacy applications.

The 2010i stores up to 64 user regimens and protocols across two protected user banks for fast recall of pre-programmed clinical regimens. Bolus delivery is programmable and can be administered at any time prior to or during drug delivery. It runs on AC power or internal rechargeable battery, accepts B-D, Monoject, and Terumo syringes from 1 mL to 60 mL with automatic syringe size detection, and delivers flow rates from 0.01 to 378.0 mL/hr at ±3% accuracy. Four-position variable occlusion settings and a custom program lockout mode allow the pump to be configured to facility-specific requirements.

    RecertifiedCADD Solis Infusion PumpQuick View

    CADD Solis VIP 2120

Original price was: $1,995.00.Current price is: $1,695.00.

The CADD®-Solis VIP 2120 is Smiths Medical’s variable infusion profile ambulatory pump — a compact, cassette-based piston pump built specifically for complex home infusion and outpatient therapy programs that require more than simple on/off delivery. Where the CADD-Solis 2110 focuses on hospital-based PCA and continuous infusion, the VIP 2120 is designed around the fuller range of programmable delivery profiles that home infusion pharmacies, specialty pharmacy programs, and outpatient clinics depend on: PCA, continuous, intermittent, variable step rate, and taper — five modes, each programmable individually or in combination, with a 500-protocol on-board library that adapts to virtually any prescribed regimen.

The “VIP” designation stands for Variable Infusion Profile, reflecting the two modes that set this pump apart from the standard Solis 2110: Step delivery, which automatically escalates the infusion rate to a programmed ceiling over a specified total volume, and Taper delivery, which provides a plateau rate with optional ramp-up and ramp-down periods plus a programmable KVO (keep vein open) rate at the end of the infusion.

IPR Medical buys, sells, repairs, and stocks parts and administration sets for the CADD-Solis VIP 2120. Contact us at 855-477-8866 or cs@iprmed.com.

    CADD Solis 2110

    $1,595.00

The CADD®-Solis 2110 is Smiths Medical’s wireless-capable ambulatory infusion pump — a compact, cassette-based piston pump designed to deliver precise, programmable drug therapy across a wide range of clinical settings, from hospital inpatient units and surgical suites to outpatient pain clinics and home infusion programs. The CADD-Solis 2110 is the wireless variant of the CADD-Solis platform (distinguished from the non-wireless 2100 model by its support for the optional CADD-Solis Communication Module). It is cleared for intravenous, intra-arterial, subcutaneous, intraperitoneal, perineural, intraoperative, epidural, and subarachnoid infusion — covering virtually every ambulatory and acute infusion route outside of intra-articular space.

At just 21 oz with four AA batteries installed, the 2110 fits in a patient pouch or backpack and travels with the patient throughout their care. It delivers at a continuous rate from 0 to 100 ml/h (in ml mode), supports patient-controlled analgesia (PCA/PCEA) demand dosing, intermittent bolus (IB) programming, clinician bolus, and Programmed Intermittent Bolus (PIB) — all combinable in a single protocol.

  • CADD Prizm VIP

The CADD-Prizm® ambulatory infusion pump provides measured medication therapy to patients in hospital or outpatient settings. The CADD-Prizm® pump is indicated for intravenous, intra-arterial, subcutaneous, intraperitoneal, epidural space, or subarachnoid space infusion. PCA delivery is intended for therapies that require a continuous rate of infusion, patient-controlled demand doses, or both (such as patient-controlled analgesia). Continuous delivery allows the infusion of drug at a constant, programmed rate while intermittent delivery allows the infusion of a specific volume of drug at a regular, programmed interval. The final delivery program, TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition), allows the infusion of nutritional solutions or other fluids, with optional tapering at the beginning and end of infusion.

  • CADD Legacy Plus 6500

The Smiths Medical CADD-Legacy® PLUS (Model 6500) expands on the CADD-Legacy® continuous infusion platform with the addition of a fully programmable intermittent delivery mode — making it a versatile choice for therapies that require both steady background infusion and scheduled bolus dosing. The 6500 supports rates from 0.1 to 125 ml/hr in continuous mode and dose volumes up to 1,000 ml in intermittent mode, with an internal clock that keeps scheduled doses on time automatically. This makes it particularly well suited for ambulatory antibiotic protocols (OPAT), cyclic parenteral nutrition, hydration regimens, and other time-dependent therapies administered in home or outpatient settings.

The 6500 features the same proven safety architecture as the rest of the CADD-Legacy® family: upstream and downstream occlusion sensors, adjustable air-in-line detection, cassette detection, a three-level security lock system, and a 1,000-event downloadable pump history. System delivery accuracy is ±6% (nominal).

    CADD Legacy PCA 6300

The Smiths Medical CADD-Legacy® PCA (Model 6300) is the dedicated pain management model in the CADD-Legacy® ambulatory infusion family, purpose-built for patient-controlled analgesia and clinician-managed analgesic protocols. It supports three delivery modes — a programmable continuous background infusion, a patient-activated demand dose via pump button or remote dose cord, and a clinician-administered bolus — giving the care team and patient precisely the level of control their protocol requires. The 6300 can be programmed in ml, mg, or mcg units with concentration entry, accommodating a wide range of opioid and non-opioid analgesic regimens across intravenous, subcutaneous, epidural, subarachnoid, and other routes.

System delivery accuracy is ±6% (nominal), weight is 0.86 lbs on two AA alkaline batteries, and battery life reaches approximately 40 hours at a moderate continuous rate of 30 ml/hr — or approximately 14 days at low-rate protocols — supporting home PCA patients between pharmacy or clinic visits. The 6300 shares the same 1,000-event downloadable audit trail, three-level security lock system, and full alarm suite as the rest of the CADD-Legacy® family.
