What Is the Nihon Kohden JL-631P Compatible SpO2 Adapter Cable?

The IPR Medical SA-045RB-30LS is a compatible aftermarket (not OEM) SpO2 adapter cable that replaces the Nihon Kohden JL-631P. It is a reusable 9.8 ft (3.0 m) adapter intended for use with Masimo LNCS sensors on compatible Nihon Kohden monitors.

Compatibility listings for this adapter include select Nihon Kohden models such as the BSM-3000 Series and BSM-6000 Series, the BSM-6301A, BSM-6501A, and BSM-6701A, the BSM-6333, BSM-6733, and BSM-9173, and the G9 BSM-1733, SVM-7000 Series, and SVM-7230. Some entries list a monitor together with AY 631P or AY 633P, such as BSM-9100 with AY 633P. Design and Construction

The SA-045RB-30LS is a reusable SpO2 adapter cable designed for use with Masimo LNCS SpO2 technology. It has a 9.8 ft (3.0 m) length and is packaged one per bag. Clean it per facility protocol between patients and return it to service as long as it passes inspection.

When to Replace Your SpO2 Adapter Cable

Retire the adapter if the jacket is cracked, torn, or crushed, if the strain relief has separated, or if a connector has bent pins or a damaged housing.
