    CADD Solis 2100

The Smiths Medical CADD®-Solis 2100 is a compact, ambulatory infusion pump built for patients who need reliable pain management therapy — in the hospital and at home. Weighing just 1.31 lbs with batteries installed, it delivers continuous, PCA, intermittent bolus, clinician bolus, and Programmed Intermittent Epidural Bolus (PIB) therapy through a single portable platform. Color-coded visual alarms, on-screen graphs, and a therapy-oriented interface reduce training time and give clinicians instant insight into delivery status and patient activity.

The CADD-Solis 2100 is built around the PharmGuard® Medication Safety Software ecosystem, allowing pharmacists to load customized drug libraries, set soft and hard dose limits, and push protocol updates directly to pumps — including wirelessly when the optional Communication Module is installed.

IPR Medical buys, sells, and repairs the CADD-Solis 2100 and stocks replacement parts. Whether your facility is expanding its fleet, replacing a damaged unit, or needs a trusted service partner for ongoing maintenance and software updates, IPR Medical is ready to help. • CADD Prizm VIP

The CADD-Prizm® ambulatory infusion pump provides measured medication therapy to patients in hospital or outpatient settings. The CADD-Prizm® pump is indicated for intravenous, intra-arterial, subcutaneous, intraperitoneal, epidural space, or subarachnoid space infusion. PCA delivery is intended for therapies that require a continuous rate of infusion, patient-controlled demand doses, or both (such as patient-controlled analgesia). Continuous delivery allows the infusion of drug at a constant, programmed rate while intermittent delivery allows the infusion of a specific volume of drug at a regular, programmed interval. The final delivery program, TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition), allows the infusion of nutritional solutions or other fluids, with optional tapering at the beginning and end of infusion.

    Features
    • Easy to read display
    • Reliable and Durable
    • Programming flexibility
    • Air-in-Line detector
    • Event memory log
    • Lock levels for patient safety

  • CADD Legacy Plus 6500

The Smiths Medical CADD-Legacy® PLUS (Model 6500) expands on the CADD-Legacy® continuous infusion platform with the addition of a fully programmable intermittent delivery mode — making it a versatile choice for therapies that require both steady background infusion and scheduled bolus dosing. The 6500 supports rates from 0.1 to 125 ml/hr in continuous mode and dose volumes up to 1,000 ml in intermittent mode, with an internal clock that keeps scheduled doses on time automatically. This makes it particularly well suited for ambulatory antibiotic protocols (OPAT), cyclic parenteral nutrition, hydration regimens, and other time-dependent therapies administered in home or outpatient settings.

The 6500 features the same proven safety architecture as the rest of the CADD-Legacy® family: upstream and downstream occlusion sensors, adjustable air-in-line detection, cassette detection, a three-level security lock system, and a 1,000-event downloadable pump history. System delivery accuracy is ±6% (nominal).

    CADD Legacy PCA 6300

The Smiths Medical CADD-Legacy® PCA (Model 6300) is the dedicated pain management model in the CADD-Legacy® ambulatory infusion family, purpose-built for patient-controlled analgesia and clinician-managed analgesic protocols. It supports three delivery modes — a programmable continuous background infusion, a patient-activated demand dose via pump button or remote dose cord, and a clinician-administered bolus — giving the care team and patient precisely the level of control their protocol requires. The 6300 can be programmed in ml, mg, or mcg units with concentration entry, accommodating a wide range of opioid and non-opioid analgesic regimens across intravenous, subcutaneous, epidural, subarachnoid, and other routes.

System delivery accuracy is ±6% (nominal), weight is 0.86 lbs on two AA alkaline batteries, and battery life reaches approximately 40 hours at a moderate continuous rate of 30 ml/hr — or approximately 14 days at low-rate protocols — supporting home PCA patients between pharmacy or clinic visits. The 6300 shares the same 1,000-event downloadable audit trail, three-level security lock system, and full alarm suite as the rest of the CADD-Legacy® family.

  • Eitan Medical/ Q Core Sapphire Epidural

The Eitan Medical Sapphire Epidural pump is a dedicated epidural infusion pump built on the proven Sapphire platform. Purpose-built for epidural applications, it features yellow-colored tubing, a yellow faceplate, and on-screen yellow labeling — the internationally recognized color coding for epidural lines — to reduce the risk of misconnection at the point of care.

The Sapphire Epidural delivers three specialized modes: PCEA (patient-controlled epidural analgesia) with optional basal rate and loading dose, Intermittent Epidural with scheduled doses and optional basal rate, and PIEB (programmed intermittent epidural bolus), which combines intermittent scheduled doses with PCEA while giving priority to the intermittent dose to ensure delivery and prevent dose stacking. Flow rates are limited to safe epidural ranges, with a continuous rate of 0–25 mL/h and bolus rates at selectable levels. At 418 g without battery and running approximately 24 hours on a single charge, it is compact enough for labor and delivery, OR, and ambulatory pain management settings.

IPR Medical is one of the few authorized Level 2 Eitan Medical service centers in the United States. We perform manufacturer-authorized repairs, preventive maintenance, and warranty service on all Sapphire pumps — keeping your fleet compliant and calibrated without shipping units back to the manufacturer.
