How to find your manual: Choose your device type below, then find your manufacturer and model. Each model lists the documents we have on file, with the document type in the link name. Compare the software version on the manual with the version your device shows at startup, since instructions can change between versions. Dopplers

Are the manuals in the IPR Medical library free to download?

Yes. Every operator’s manual, brochure, quick guide and spec sheet in the IPR Medical library is free to open and download as a PDF. You do not need an account or a purchase. The documents are provided for reference, so always follow the manufacturer’s current instructions for use.

What should I do if my device manual is not listed?

Call IPR Medical at (855) 477-8866, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific, or email cs@iprmed.com with the manufacturer, model and software version. Our team will let you know whether we have a document on file for that device.

How do I send a pump or monitor to IPR Medical for repair?

Submit an RMA request at iprmed.com/rma-request to get a free FedEx or UPS shipping label. IPR Medical evaluates the device in-house within 1 to 2 business days and sends a written estimate. There is no charge until you approve it, and every repair carries a 90-day warranty.
